Answering your questions
I have an existing account, do I need to register a new one?
No, but it will be necessary to verify the main email address linked to your account.
The verification process is quick and simple. We will send you an email with a verification link contained. Simply clicking this link will activate your account on the new system, and your existing account details will be transferred over automatically.

Will I lose my previous booking details?
No. Your new account will retain your existing account data and your booking history.
If you feel any of your booking history is missing, it may be due to a change in your email address or surname, or having multiple/duplicate accounts. Please contact our support team on 0333 2020 815 to resolve this.
