Lleoliad
Pembroke Mill is one of two self catering apartments within this newly renovated water mill. Set on 30 acres of private grounds, ½ a mile from Pembroke town centre and 5 minutes from the nearest beach. There is so much to do in the area, including 7 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
Pembroke itself is a small town surrounded by its ancient town wall - much of which is still standing. Standing proudly at the head of a rocky ridge and surrounded on three sides by water, is the magnificent Pembroke Castle. It is one of the finest and best preserved Norman castles in the country. It is easy to see why Pembroke was declared a conservation area in 1977. In the town, you will find plenty of local traditional inns and taverns.
Within easy reach of this Pembroke apartment are the resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot; the historic and revitalised dockyard towns of Pembroke Dock and Milford Haven; the castles of Manorbier and Carew; the magnificent beaches of the South Pembrokeshire coastline; the popular market town of Narberth; the picturesque 24 mile Haven waterway, and, of course, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. All of this, plus many man-made attractions and activities, can be found in the area. For all water sport fans and beach lovers, no other county in the UK has more seaside awards or blue flag beaches so whether its surfing, kayaking and sailing, or just relaxing in the sand, there’s a beach for you, the nearest being just 5 minutes away and another 49 within driving distance.
If food and drink is more your sort of holiday, there are local traditional inns, taverns and restaurants, all within walking distance of your Pembroke apartment. Pembroke Mill is only 5 minutes away from the Irish Ferry port and with boats running twice daily, why not pop over to explore Ireland for the day?
There are numerous family attractions in the area including theme parks, activity centres, water parks, zoos and wildlife centres, water sports, go karts, paintball, archery, horse riding on the beach, birds of prey, boat trips to explore the local islands and many, many more.
