Dim ond 10 munud o gerdded o'r traeth tywodlyd agosaf yn Abersoch gyda'i amrywiaeth eang o chwaraeon dwr, bwytai da, siopau ayyb. Paratowch i ddisgyn mewn cariad dros eich pen a'ch clustiau gydag ysblander Gogledd Cymru ar ei orau.

Llawr Gwaelod

Mae Gorwel yn llety gwyliau gwirioneddol hyfryd. Mae'r ystafell fyw yn cynnig y lleoliad perffaith i edmygu'r golygfeydd anhygoel o foethusrwydd y soffas clud. Pan, ac os, y byddwch chi'n stopio synfyfyrio, ceir hefyd teledu/fideo a chwaraewr CD i'ch diddanu.

Lleoliad

Set in an elevated position, this luxury log cabin North Wales commands fantastic sea and country views of the Llyn Peninsula. Situated one mile from the village of Abersoch and only 10 minutes walk from the nearest sandy beach, it’s the perfect location for your holiday on the ‘Welsh Riviera’.

Abersoch, although small, is well supplied with numerous good eating places and shops. It also has a wonderful Blue Flag award winning sandy beach and hosts many national boating events each year. A mile away, the picturesque village of Llangian has a 6th Century Church.

The Lleyn Peninsula, where the Welsh language and way of life still flourish, is renowned for its beautiful beaches and water sport. With nearly 100 miles of stunning coastline, an array of hills of varying height inland plus the majestic mountains of Snowdonia on your doorstep, it’s also a great place to come for a walking holiday.

Take a boat trip to Bardsey Island, a former site of religious pilgrimage, try your hand at fishing, horse-riding or golf and enjoy go-karting, ten-pin bowling, archery etc at Glasfryn Parc. Plas Glyn-y-Weddw, a magnificent Manor with galleries, beautiful gardens and tea room with sea views is well worth a visit, whilst Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion are all nearby.

Pwllheli offers one of the finest marinas along Britain’s west coast. 5.5 miles

Walking

Llyn Coastal Path – 84 miles around the Llyn Peninsula, from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. Join the path 0.5 mile from the cottage.

Yr Eifl (The Rivals) – Mountain range including the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula. 4.5 miles in length. 15 miles from cottage.
