Established in 1876, Pontypridd Rugby Football Club are a Rugby Union team from the beautiful market town and community of Pontypridd, Principal Town of the County Borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. Historically Pontypridd have a fantastic record of producing home grown talent and also of beating many of the top European rugby teams. The most famous players produced include former world points record holder Neil Jenkins and more recently Martin Williams, Gethin Jenkins and Matthew Rees.
Visting teams and supporters are guaranteed a warm welcome. Pontypridd RFC currently play in the Principality Premiership, SWALEC Cup and the British and Irish Cup competitions and home games are played at Sardis Road, Pontypridd.
